Pricing & Refunds
Purchase terms, existing refund commitments and usage transparency.
1. Offers and existing purchases
Check the applicable offer and checkout for current price, tax treatment, billing interval, included features and usage limits. This draft does not create new prices, credit quotas or download charges.
Existing purchase promises and signed institutional agreements remain applicable; this revision does not retroactively reduce them. Older public offers may contain entitlements that must be reconciled before a new offer replaces them.
2. Usage and report access
A displayed usage counter or shadow-metering record is not itself a bill. A chargeable action requires the applicable price or allowance to be communicated before purchase or authorization.
Report downloads, saved-report re-downloads and fresh assessments are different operations. Their availability and charges must follow the disclosed offer; do not infer a first-five-free rule from this policy.
3. Existing first-purchase refund offer
The existing published Gold offer permits first-time subscribers to request a refund within seven days of the initial payment, provided PDF generation and CFP alert features have not been used. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven working days, subject to any more favorable purchase terms or mandatory rights.
The existing published offer also covers duplicate charges. Service failures and institutional refunds must be considered under the applicable agreement and law. No blanket exclusion here overrides remedies for a defective or undelivered service.
4. Cancellation and support
Cancellation of a renewing plan stops future renewals under its purchase terms. Paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless the applicable offer provides otherwise. Do not assume saved files are deleted, or retained indefinitely, merely because a plan changes.
Email support@scholarvault.in with the payment reference, charge date and request. Do not send full card details. The existing published service target is a response within five working days; statutory requirements and more favorable agreed terms take priority.
