Credits are separate from Gold membership. A Gold entitlement does not automatically make every credit-based action unlimited or remove its displayed cost.
Conference participation
Conference registration and membership are separate. Acceptance, publication, indexing and credential eligibility follow the applicable edition’s process.

Does Gold include conference registration?
Membership and conference registration are separate. Review the specific event’s fees and eligibility; a membership does not itself register you for an event.
Are assessment credits unlimited?
Use the credit allowance and limits shown for the selected plan. The account’s current entitlement is the source for what you can use.
How do I request help with a purchase?
Contact support with your account email and payment reference. Do not include card details. Check the refund policy for applicable terms.
Where can I see the payment methods and currency?
The selected checkout displays the available methods, currency and billing cycle. Review these before completing payment.
What if my upgrade is not reflected?
Check Billing after checkout and keep your payment reference. Contact support if a completed purchase is not reflected in your account.
