Research + academia
Practical tools for discovery, evidence review, research organisation and contribution records.
01 / THE INDIAN ECOSYSTEM
ScholarVault is an Indian company building a research, academic, innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Academic Intelligence connects the tools, people and opportunities behind meaningful research.
Practical tools for discovery, evidence review, research organisation and contribution records.

02 / WHY WE EXIST
Research work is often spread across invitations, documents, portals and emails. Finding an opportunity is only the start: people also need context, trustworthy evidence and a record of what happened next.
Scattered knowledge, unclear conference claims and disconnected participation records create avoidable work.
Bring discovery, academic trust, research organisation and participation into connected workflows.
Help Indian research connect with global expertise, innovation, entrepreneurship and responsible industry collaboration.
SCVS is a product within ScholarVault. The company is broader than a single tool or conference.
03 / MISSION & VISION
Our mission is to create useful technology, services, networks and opportunities for the people advancing research. Our vision is a stronger, more connected Indian research ecosystem with global reach.
Support researchers, students, faculty and institutions through tools, communities, conferences and knowledge-sharing programmes.
Connect academia, technology, innovation, startups and business so research can move towards collaboration and impact.
Start with a defined need. Design a useful workflow. Learn from real use. Expand with clear responsibilities.
Discover → Develop → Publish → Present → Impact is our lifecycle direction, not a promise of publication outcomes.
04 / ACADEMIC INTELLIGENCE
ScholarVault’s ecosystem starts with people and their work. Knowledge becomes more useful when its sources are clear, contributions have context and the next opportunity is easier to explore.
Researchers, scholars, students, faculty, laboratories and academic leadership.
Papers, research material, conference evidence, credentials and contribution records.
Academic exchange, collaboration, events and future connections with innovation, startups and industry.
Jobs, grants and a wider opportunity network are ecosystem ambitions; specific access depends on the released capability.
05 / FOR RESEARCHERS & FACULTY
A researcher needs more than a conference listing. ScholarVault helps connect opportunity discovery with evidence review, research material, participation and the records that support the next stage of academic work.
Find conferences that fit your topic, inspect original claims and organise supporting material before committing a submission.
Bring publication metadata, participation evidence and research context together for a clearer academic record.
Learn due diligence, explore academic exchange and build organised records of supported participation.
Institutional appraisal and publication decisions remain with the relevant institution, reviewer or publisher.
06 / FOR INSTITUTIONS
Research offices and departments need context before approving travel, sponsorship or academic participation. ScholarVault supports a conversation around the workflow, people and evidence an institution needs.
Identify the responsibility: conference due diligence, research records, an academic programme or a scoped integration.
Agree roles, inputs, access, outputs, privacy requirements and evaluation before introducing a departmental workflow.
Assess usefulness with the institution. Formalise delivery, support and commercial terms for the agreed scope.
Institutional services use custom pricing. A report supports review; it is not automatic NAAC, UGC or institutional approval.
07 / WEB APP TO WORKSPACE
The flagship website explains ScholarVault. The app is the entry to account-based work: sign in to reach the dashboard and continue your supported research and conference workflows.
The updated Preview app entry routes signed-out visitors to login and signed-in users to their dashboard.
Navigate discovery, Vault material, submissions, registrations and contribution records according to account access.
The login experience includes a Main Website route back to scholarvault.in for company, products and resources.
Illustrative dashboard with sample records. Available workflows depend on account access and the released product scope.
08 / CONFERENCE DISCOVERY
Conference discovery is part of the ScholarVault workspace. Start with relevance, then read the programme and participation requirements before choosing an academic opportunity.
Compare subject, audience, programme, location or format, and official participation information.
Open the organiser’s original information. Review submission, registration, publication and refund conditions separately.
Use the supported account and edition workflows to organise your conference journey and follow relevant records.
Discovery does not certify a conference. A listing and an evidence assessment serve different purposes.
09 / SCVS & ACADEMIC TRUST
SCVS brings observable conference information into a structured review. It helps researchers and academic teams ask better questions about an organiser, programme, publication claim and participation conditions.
Use the conference information or supported input available in the current product workflow.
Examine the assessment, source references and limits. Check indexing claims against original sources.
Use the result as an input to due diligence. Seek clarification where evidence is missing, disputed or outdated.
Assessment is not a guarantee of legitimacy, acceptance, indexing or safety. Source availability and current product scope affect results.
10 / RESEARCH VAULT
Research Vault supports organised research material rather than another disconnected pile of files. Keep supported private documents and imported references distinguishable, grouped and easy to return to.
Bring supported documents and research references into your account workflow. Respect rights and confidentiality.
Use project context and supported collections to connect material to the research question it serves.
Find the work you collected, retain citation context and prepare the next stage of your research.
Available file types, storage, import and processing limits are governed by the current account and feature settings.
11 / PROFILES & ACADEMIC IDENTITY
ScholarVault’s identity direction connects researcher information with publications, credentials and participation context. The goal is a clearer view of academic contribution across the research lifecycle.
Bring supported professional and research information together. Review imported metadata before relying on it.
Connect contribution and credential context. A profile alone is not a universal verified identity claim.
Organise evidence and prepare supported draft records for institutional review; assess citations in their original context.
A public searchable network or independent identity-verification service needs its own defined release scope.
12 / PARTICIPATION & OPERATIONS
Conferences bring together authors, delegates, reviewers, speakers and organisers. ScholarVault develops connected workflows around the distinct responsibilities of each role and supported conference edition.
Follow the edition’s official submission or registration process. Keep the relevant reference and status.
Carry out an assigned academic role through the supported review process, with clear responsibilities.
Coordinate programme and participation records using the available edition tools and agreed operational ownership.
An expression of interest is not a confirmed role. Acceptance, payment and credential issuance have separate conditions.
13 / BADGES & CREDENTIALS
ScholarVault’s badge and credential direction makes the underlying context matter. A visual mark should connect to the specific conference, assessment or issued record it represents.
Check the subject, issuer, scope and date behind a mark or credential. Review its current status.
An assessment badge and a participation certificate describe different things; neither guarantees indexing or academic credit.
For a conference requirement, agree eligibility, supported verification and issuance responsibility with the ScholarVault team.
The specimen in this brochure is illustrative. No numeric badge tier or universal issuance entitlement is promised.
14 / SCHOLARVAULT CREDITS
ScholarVault Credits are being tested as a product access mechanism for selected resource-intensive actions. Credit behaviour and eligibility belong to the current account experience and the published terms of the test.
We are testing the user experience and operation of credits. This brochure does not announce general availability.
Where enabled, users should review the applicable action, credit requirement and balance before proceeding.
Credits, subscriptions and conference registration serve different purposes. Their relationship follows the current product terms.
No credit rate, pack price or included allowance is published here. Refer to the active account experience for the current test.
15 / PLANNED API & INTEGRATION
API access is a planned ScholarVault product direction, not a current public offering. Future developer and institutional integration workflows require a defined use case, data handling, access and delivery scope.
Describe the system, people, data and decision that an integration will support.
Establish data handling, roles, access methods, supported outputs and operational boundaries.
Discuss the intended use case with the team. Any future API, licensing or integration proposal needs a separate agreed scope and custom pricing.
Planned capability · No current public API availability, developer access, delivery date or SLA is promised.
16 / SERVICES & COLLABORATION
ScholarVault combines product development with academic and ecosystem activity. Each service begins with an audience, a purpose and a delivery scope that both parties can review.
Conferences, workshops, seminars, summits, competitions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Scoped pilots, research workflows, conference co-organisation and agreed technology integration.
Business conferences, entrepreneurship programmes, innovation gatherings and purposeful research-industry connections.
Custom pricing · Scope, support, delivery and commercial terms are agreed for the specific requirement.
17 / CONFERENCES & EXCHANGE
