Corrections & Review Requests

1. Submit a specific request

Email support@scholarvault.in with the subject SCVS correction, the report reference or URL, the exact disputed statement, your requested correction and relevant dated sources. A paid account is not required.

Identify whether you seek a factual correction, updated evidence, a privacy restriction or a review of interpretation. Provide only necessary personal information; ask for an appropriate channel before sending sensitive documents.

2. How a request should be considered

The request should be checked against the original scope, source material and methodology. An organizer reply is relevant evidence, not automatically conclusive. Corrections should depend on evidence rather than payment, sponsorship or threats.

Possible outcomes include a corrected factual statement, a clarified limitation, an updated assessment, temporary restriction of disputed content, or a reasoned explanation for retaining the finding. No automatic change of score or predetermined outcome is promised.

3. Record and response

Ask for confirmation of receipt if you have not received one. This draft does not promise an automated case portal or a fixed resolution time that has not been operationally established. Applicable legal deadlines remain binding.

A material correction should preserve the original reference, identify the revision and explain what changed. Where a dispute is unresolved, its status and any necessary restriction should be considered before further publication.

4. Privacy, legal notices and rights

For exposed personal information or urgent harm, state the urgency and relevant URL. Legal representatives should identify the party they represent and the basis of their request. Contributor confidentiality is subject to applicable law.

This process does not restrict access to courts, regulators or other lawful remedies, and does not require surrender of rights as a condition of factual correction.
