What is ScholarVault?
ScholarVault is an Indian company building a research, academic, innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our work spans technology products, resources, communities, conferences and collaboration.
Who is ScholarVault for?
Current product workflows support researchers, students, faculty and assigned conference teams. HODs and Principals can use evidence and portfolio outputs in their academic responsibilities. Startups and industry are part of our wider ecosystem ambition; this is not a claim of a dedicated startup service.
Do I need an account?
Sign in to the ScholarVault app to use your personal dashboard and records. The demonstration on this website is interactive, but does not change an account.
Is the dashboard free?
The dashboard is free to access with an account. Some tools and services are charged. The app shows the current access options and charges before you use them.
What does SCVS do?
The ScholarVault Conference Verification System brings conference evidence and potential risk signals into view. Read the assessment methodology for the scope and interpretation of the checks.
Does a score guarantee a conference is legitimate?
No. Automated risk assessment supports your judgement. It cannot guarantee legitimacy, acceptance, publication, indexing or a refund. Human verification is a separate review.
Where can I find conference programmes and deadlines?
Open the conference directory and follow the official event website. Use the current programme, participation instructions and deadlines published by that event.
Does conference participation guarantee publication?
No. Publication depends on the venue, editorial policies, peer review and acceptance. Check the specific publication information before making a commitment.
Where do I manage my research documents?
Use Research Vault in your signed-in dashboard. The learning center explains the workflow and available controls.
How can I raise a conference concern?
Use the concern control in the workspace illustration, or contact the team with the original URL, exact claim and dated evidence. Website draft controls do not submit a report automatically.
Can my institution collaborate with ScholarVault?
Yes, start a conversation with the team about your institution, research community or event. We will discuss the relevant scope and practical next steps.
Where can I find company resources?
The official brochure and one-pager introduce the wider ScholarVault story. Both are available from Resources in the navigation.
How do I contact the team?
